We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and reliable customer service. This Warranty Policy outlines the warranty coverage, limitations, and claims process for Sur-Ron e-bikes and related products purchased through our website.
Sur-Ron E-Bikes come with a limited warranty: Bikes are enormous and expensive to send, and after you ride them, they are used; therefore, we do not accept returns unless they are defective upon arrival. We are not a rental company, and we strongly advise you to do your homework before purchasing with us. If a bike has a minor cosmetic flaw (such as a scratch or chip in the paint), we will try to work out an acceptable discount, but this does not constitute grounds for warranty replacement or return.
We will replace any part that is deemed defective from manufacturing for 90 days following the delivery date.
The power system (motor, controller, display, and battery) is covered by a three-month guarantee.
Normal wear components (such as bearings, seals, chains, brake components, and suspension valving) are excluded, as are abuse or failure caused by accident, collision, or neglect. Misuse also involves tampering with the wiring or adding non-genuine parts, as well as racing. This limited warranty will be void if you charge, store, or discharge it incorrectly. The limited warranty is non-transferable, and you must have confirmation of purchase from Sur-Ron Motor before requesting a warranty replacement.
1. Warranty Coverage
All Sur-Ron electric bikes sold by SurRonMotos.com come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

2. What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Components that fail under normal use and proper maintenance.
- Replacement or repair of defective parts, at our discretion.
All repairs or replacements must be approved by SurRonMotos.com or an authorized service partner.
3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear (including tires, brake pads, rotors, grips, and cables).
- Improper assembly, maintenance, or installation of parts.
- Modification or alteration of any factory components.
- Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or commercial use.
- Water damage or corrosion due to improper storage or exposure to extreme weather.
- Use of non-genuine Sur-Ron parts or unauthorized repairs.
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or paint discoloration.
- Battery degradation from age or improper charging.
4. Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim:

- Provide the following:
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Bike serial number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the defect
- Our team will review your claim and may request additional information.
- If approved, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or shipment of the defective part.
Note: Shipping costs related to sending the product or part for inspection are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
5. Warranty Limitations
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Warranty service is available only for products purchased directly from SurRonMotos.com or our authorized resellers.
- SurRonMotos.com reserves the right to replace parts with new or refurbished components of equal or greater value.
- The warranty period is not extended or renewed after a repair or replacement.
6. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
Except as expressly provided herein, SurRonMotos.com disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
No employee, dealer, or representative has authority to make any warranty or representation beyond those contained in this policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SurRonMotos.com is not liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
