Excellent service, and Nick was really helpful fixing our youngest son’s bikePosted on Simon EdholmTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had my bike sorted very quickly by Nick this week, who was great in showing me what he was doing. Lovely guy, Sam, on the till as well, will use again. Thank youPosted on Olly STrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just fell off the bike on an icy morning and got a puncture ; the Electric Bike shop was closest on Google maps, but was a lucky find - despite not being officially 'open' until 9.30, they opened up, suggested an inner tube instead might be better than a bike repair kit, offered me the option to change the tyre indoors myself where it was warmer, lent tyre levers and a pump, offered soap and water to wash my hands. Basic human kindness, which goes along way and I would imagine manifests itself in their wider customer service. The bike collection looks amazing too, but I'm afraid I wasn't in a purchasing state of mind. Highly recommended

Honestly, this is the best value in e-motos right now. 5.5kW, 50 mph, hydraulic brakes, full suspension, and reverse assist for under $2k? Do the math—nothing else compares . Buy with confidence.
For a dad and son to share, this bike is perfect. I ride it in Sport mode for fun, and my son uses the mellower modes to learn. It’s versatile enough for the whole family.
Ordering from surronmotos.com was seamless. The bike arrived faster than expected, well-packaged, and assembly took 20 minutes. Couldn’t be happier with the service.
I was looking at Sur Ron and Talaria, but I couldn’t justify $4,000+ for my 15-year-old’s first real e-moto. The IN10 Pro at $1,899 is the perfect entry point. If he sticks with it, we upgrade later. If not, I’m not out a fortune.
“Removable battery means I can charge it inside easily. The locking mechanism is solid—no rattling when I’m riding rough trails. Simple, secure, and convenient
