FINAL SALE & NO CHARGEBACK POLICY

By completing a purchase on surronmotos.com (the “Site”), you expressly agree to the following terms regarding payments, refunds, returns, and chargebacks.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All purchases made on surronmotos.com are final sale. We do not offer any refunds, credits, or returns for any reason but exchange can be made, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect item selection
- Shipping delays (outside of our published handling times)
- Minor cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Buyer’s remorse
2. NO REFUNDS
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded but can be exchange. This includes:
- Orders that have not yet shipped
- Orders that are in transit
- Delivered orders
The only exception to this rule is if surronmotos.com fails to ship your order within 60 business days of the purchase date and you have not received a tracking number. In that sole circumstance, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
3. NO CHARGEBACKS / DISPUTE AGREEMENT
You agree that you will not initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal of any kind with your credit card company, bank, or payment processor (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Shop Pay).
If you believe there is a legitimate issue with your order (e.g., non-delivery of a completely different product), you agree to contact us directly at support@surronmotos.com and allow 14 business days for resolution before taking any external action.
Consequences of Filing a Chargeback
If you ignore this policy and file a chargeback or dispute against a valid charge:
- Immediate Account Ban: Your account and email domain will be permanently blocked from surronmotos.com.
- Legal & Collection Fees: Your credit card information and order details will be forwarded to our third-party collections agency and legal counsel. You agree to pay all costs associated with disputing the chargeback, including:
- The original transaction amount
- A $50.00 administrative fee per chargeback
- Any bank or arbitration fees imposed on us
- Reasonable attorney’s fees (minimum $250)
- Credit Reporting: We reserve the right to report unpaid chargeback debts to credit reporting agencies.
- Digital Blacklisting: Your name, email, and address may be shared with fraud prevention databases (e.g., Kount, NoFraud).
4. SHIPPING DAMAGE & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS (Limited Remedy)
This no-refund policy does not apply to products that arrive dead on arrival (DOA) or with major structural defects that prevent normal operation. For such cases:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a video of the issue.
- If we determine the product is defective (at our sole discretion), we will send replacement parts or a replacement unit. No refunds or chargebacks will be issued — only replacements.
We do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper assembly, off-road use, or modification
- Cosmetic scratches or dents from shipping
5. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK
You acknowledge that electric motorbikes (including Sur Ron models) are high-value, specialized vehicles. By purchasing from surronmotos.com, you accept the risk of shipping delays, minor carrier damage, and product availability. You waive your right to dispute payment for any reason other than complete fraud (i.e., we never sent you any product at all).
6. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
Any dispute arising from your purchase or this policy shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in [Your County, Your State], and not via credit card chargeback or small claims court.
