1. Order Cancellations
Once an order for a Surron motorcycle or related product is placed and payment is processed, the order cannot be canceled, and any money paid is non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following specific circumstances:
Damaged Product: The product arrives with significant damage that occurred during shipping.
Lost Product: The product is lost in transit and does not arrive.
3. Process for Claims
To be eligible for a refund under the above exceptions, the customer must:
Submit a Claim: Notify us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost items).
Provide Proof: Submit clear photographic or video evidence of the damage, or documentation from the shipping carrier confirming the loss.
We will not process any refund requests without this required proof.
4. Refund & Return Process
Once a valid claim is submitted and approved by our team:
The refund process, which may include the return of the product, will begin.
Please be advised that the complete process, from approval to the funds being returned to your original payment method, can take up to 60 days.
This timeframe allows for the shipping of the item back to our facility, inspection, and processing of the financial transaction.
