Sur-Ron Motos is committed to ensuring the quality and performance of our products. We stand behind the craftsmanship and reliability of our bikes, thus offering the following warranty policy.

Limited Warranty Coverage

Sur-Ron Motos provides a limited warranty for all new bikes purchased.

Warranty Duration

Our bikes are covered by a limited warranty for a period of years years from the date of purchase or a total mileage, whichever comes first.

  • First Service: 185 Miles (300 KM) or 3 months*
  • Second Service: 620 miles (1000 KM) or 6 months* 
  • Third Service: 1240 Miles (2000 KM) or 12 months* 
  • Fourth Service: 1865 Miles (3000 KM) or 24 months*
  • Fifth Service: 5th  Service 2485 miles (4000 KM) or 36 months* 
  • Then every 12 Months or 620 Miles (1000 KM) – whichever comes first. 

Warranty Terms – Chassis/Swing Arm/Motor/Controller 18 months (Battery up to 20,000 Miles) Non-Service Items 12 Months. Subject to service schedule. Excludes items*. Warranty applies to original purchaser only.

Coverage Details

The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. It includes the repair or replacement of defective parts at no charge.

Exclusions

Please note that the warranty does not cover damages or failures resulting from:
– Misuse, improper maintenance, or neglect
– Accidents, collisions, or environmental factors
– Modifications or alterations not approved by Sur-Ron Motos

Warranty Claim Procedure

If you believe your vehicle is experiencing issues covered by the warranty, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Sur-Ron Motos customer service team to report the issue.
2. Provide necessary documentation such as proof of purchase, bike details, and a description of the issue.

Limitation of Liability

Sur-Ron Motos’ liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts only. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

Transferability

This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners during the warranty period, subject to proper documentation and approval by Sur-Ron Motos.
